This ideally combines high-glycemic carbohydrates, which fill up your energy tanks (glycogen stores), with protein, which supports your muscle maintenance. The highest quality ingredients such as whey protein, oat flour and natural flavors are used. We have added zinc to the drink to support the immune system and magnesium to combat fatigue. Of course, Recovery Max does not contain stabilizers, thickeners or preservatives.
