Size and color exchanges are available and applicable only for the same product, subject to stock availability. In the event of exchanging to a different product, the new item has to be of similar/higher value of which the customer has to pay the difference.
Please note that all returns/exchanges must be securely packaged and returned in a sell able condition. All returns/exchanges that are received in unsatisfactory conditions or lost in the mailing process will be denied and be held responsible by the customer.
