SUGGESTED USAGE

Take 1 pouch as required at regular intervals during exercise.
All flavours except for Cola: 1-2 pouches/ day. Cola flavour: Consume 1 pouch per day during exercise.
Flavours with caffeine: High caffeine content. Not recommended for children or pregnant or breastfeeding women. (Mojito & Cherry: 76 mg/100 ml, 51 mg/ pouch; Cola: 150 mg/100 ml, 100 mg/ pouch).
