About the workout:
Buddy yoga allows you to combine your abilities for a deeper practice, which brings you beyond your boundaries. it builds your relationship, connection and bond with each other, and that's what yoga is all about - union.
Workout details:
BOAT POSE:
This pose is beneficial for stretching the hamstrings and engaging the core to maintain an upright torso. Provides a great challenge for posture and balance.
SEATED STRADDLE FORWARD FOLD:
This pose helps to lengthen and strengthen the spine. Opening the hips, groins, and pelvis regions will help stimulate blood flow to these areas.
SEATED STRADDLE SIDE STRETCH:
This pose strengthens and stretches the entire spine and back muscles, specifically lumbar region which improves the alignment of spine and posture. It also stretches and tones the hamstrings and inner thighs.
DOUBLE DOWNWARD DOG:
An inversion that helps stimulate blood flow to the brain. It helps to elongate and release tension in the spine while opening the shoulders. Great for strengthening the arms and core while stretching the hamstrings
About Jiamin:
As a yoga instructor, Jiamin has a clear understanding of the physical body and mental awareness that is rooted in the practice. Specialising in treating back care conditions such as scoliosis, she has helped people attain their goals through her customisable classes and extensive vocabulary to give each student the exact tools required.
Paired with her dance experience, an elegant embodiment of movement and clear instructions are perfect for visual learners.
To teach and learn from her students at the same time broadens her knowledge as an educator which also forges a connection to each individual

About Leonard:
With an extensive dance background spanning over 15 years, Leonard uses that as a foundation for his approach towards Acrobatics and Acroyoga. Understanding that everyone has a different style of learning, he facilitates classes in a fashion that allows exploration with trust, connection and safety.
The synergy between a deeper awareness physically and mentally towards life and arts is the driving force of his practice. He wishes to impart that upon his students as they embark on their journey.
More than anything, he just wants everyone to have a good time and play!
