Move Better by Trigger Point: Session 01

Most people know how to train hard.
Fewer know how to recover well.

Last weekend, we hosted the first edition of Move Better by TriggerPoint under P.LAB by Key Power Sports - an intimate session focused on mobility, recovery, movement awareness, and understanding the body beyond performance metrics.

Led by the TriggerPoint team, the session explored how small daily habits - from tissue work to mobility patterns - can impact the way we train, recover, and ultimately perform over time. Participants spent the morning learning practical recovery techniques, understanding muscle tension, movement restrictions, and how foam rolling can be used with purpose instead of guesswork.

People asking questions.
Testing movements.
Laughing through discomfort.
Discovering muscles they forgot existed.

The goal of Move Better was never just flexibility or mobility. It was about longevity. Creating a better relationship with movement so we can continue doing the things we love - whether that’s running, strength training, triathlon, Hyrox, or simply feeling better day-to-day.
This first session reminded us that performance isn’t built only in hard workouts.
It’s also built in the warm-up, the reset, the recovery, the awareness.
