CHEW SALTS are chewable tablets of mineral salts, gluten-free and vegan-friendly, the perfect choice for taking while in training and competition. No water is needed when taking it, since it is chewable and its lemon flavour is very pleasant.

Its use is especially recommended when exercising, as it recharges mineral salt deposits during sports practice as well as recovering levels of mineral salts after physical exercise.

Each tablet provides 200 mg of sodium, 12 mg of magnesium, 60 mg of potassium and 20 mg of calcium. 

Electrolytes are present in the blood as well as in other bodily fluids and their extra and intracellular balance is vitally important in maintaining our health and wellbeing, since they fulfil some important functions:
