Get the maximum out of your training. The Recovery Max Drink was developed to support optimal regeneration based on the latest scientific findings in sports nutrition. This ideally combines high-glycemic carbohydrates, which fill up your energy tanks (glycogen stores), with protein, which supports your muscle maintenance. The highest quality ingredients such as whey protein, oat flour and natural flavors are used. We have added zinc to the drink to support the immune system and magnesium to combat fatigue. Of course, Recovery Max does not contain stabilizers, thickeners or preservatives. And since current study results show that antioxidant vitamins can hinder your body's training adaptation after exercise, the Recovery Drink contains nothing of the sort.

Sport nutrition, 2 servings = 88 g (approx. 6 dosing spoons) with 250 ml water and mix directly
